trezure ayaniI was checking subscriptions on my phone and found an app charge that I recognize partly, but I can’t tell if it came from a trial renewal, a family member’s device, or something I forgot to cancel. I searched how to contact google play because I want to ask this without sounding like I’m reporting fraud immediately. Should I first check the Play purchase history and family library, or explain the charge as it appears on my payment account?

alastor amadeoQuick hello, app charges can look unclear until the purchase history is reviewed inside the same Google account that made the payment. A search phrase like how to contact google play only helps if it points to one specific receipt, not a general fraud claim. I’d start by checking the Play receipt, family library, subscription page, device involved, and whether the charge came from a trial renewal or an in-app item. Keep the payment statement available but avoid posting full card details. The cleanest question is which app, date, and account created the charge.
